Why this exists

JustLegal was built by a founder who went through the system firsthand and saw how hard it is to find the right court, get your own records, or report fraud the right way. It is free, run by Just Liberty Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and it will stay free. We are not lawyers; we help you organize the truth and reach the official place to be heard.

Educational tools, not a law firm or referral service; have a licensed attorney review your documents. About Just Liberty

JustLegal is not a law firm. We are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice or representation. We strongly encourage everyone facing a legal matter to consult a licensed attorney before taking legal action on their own. Our first recommendation is to contact your state or local bar association, request an attorney referral, and schedule a consultation. We also encourage seeking assistance through established legal aid organizations and local legal clinics.

We recognize the financial reality. Full legal representation can require thousands of dollars upfront, sometimes $5,000 or more, while legal aid organizations have limited resources, eligibility requirements, and cannot accept every case.

That's why JustLegal advocates for limited-scope, or "unbundled," legal services. You may not be able to afford an attorney for your entire case, but you may be able to afford a consultation, professional document review, assistance preparing a filing, or representation for one specific proceeding.

If you are concerned about fraud, start by finding your records and official sources. JustLegal helps you organize what you know and prepare for a conversation with counsel or an appropriate reporting office. You decide what to share and submit.
